Is the Powerball or Megamillions corrupt? I do not think so. But can anyone cheat after the numbers are drawn? For example, if the drawing is at 7:59 p.m., can someone who has access to a terminal machine be able to get a ticket with the winning combination a split second after the numbers are known? This here kind of reminds me of Pull-Tab games. Here in Ky you used to only be able to cash winning tickets in the store were the ticket was purchased. A few years back they changed it so you could cash them at any lottery retailer. I was told it was to make it easier for players to cash in winning tickets. Even for a 6/36 game, there are 1,947,792 combinations which has a drawing every day. Each winning combination should come up once every 5336 years! That could be a long time to wait for your numbers to come in. The wait could be much longer with a game like Powerball or Mega Millions when you are dealing with 53 numbers and there are only 104 drawings per year.I rep

Lotto Czar,Some comments for you.By the end of January I stop playing X-mas tickets. The reason? Lots are given as gifts to people who don't play the lottery on a regular bases. I'm always one of those people who say I bought one and it won $100...less frequent are the $1,000's. But with the one out claim, this is what you're missing. I've always said I go to 2 or 4 stores sometimes, never do I buy tickets at just one store.
