If I won money and drove to the Lottery Office, I certainly would expect to complete paperwork, show ID and have the 25% tax deducted. Well, now that I've officially purchased tickets for this drawing about 10 minutes ago... the jackpot is guaranteed to be hit. Not by me, by someone else. Since that seems to be the curse I have on lotteries. Whenever I play, it doesn't roll and I don't win.
