So 0,4 What they did..they flow on next drawings. I know a lot of you are well aquainted with One up one down. I wanted to share what ive found with others who might not be. Ive just started discovering a good way to get pairs in my state, and it works a LOT! of the time. Like everything else it takes a break now and then but then returns shortly. Exactly. The jokers. I got a serious error message when I logged on to PA Lottery...a total meltdown is what it was. They scrambled to get something up and running again...it's whatever they decide to pull for day, the numbers have to show but there is a big BIG hand in what's actually recorded as the winner. Oh and you never answer any of the oppositions questions, Keep in mind it's been a while since I've had to use this formula so I may be missing a step... I doubt it though. (Most of the work has already been done by others in my gambling so I have little need of a formula to find STD DEV for something like the average Lottery numbers, I basically use the kelly criterion, if anyone was interested) I also don't remember the actual proper test for this.... it's more complicated than the
