Well it might not be cheating it just might be human error that causes some problems. On more than one occasion i have noticed numbers posted wrong on lottery websites and that bad information filtered down to other sites because the feed source reported the numbers to some data base and those numbers went out over the wire. OK..... never mind. No... but really guys. LOL Most of these systems can't work in a systemic way. There will always be ~~~ART ~~~~~involved. State specific methods are all derivations of systems such as this ....or some other version of it. The base pair is on the last number that fell.Cash 3 is made up such as ABC, your pairs would be AB, BC and AC.If you do midday to midday and evening to evening, then use the MIDDAY number for the midday pairs and evening numbers for the evening pairs.
