In Texas every book has a guaranteed dollar amount of winning tickets. Ie; a book costs $500, there would be at least $190 guaranteed total prize amount in the book. They do not have a guaranteed number of winning tickets. I don't know if other states publishes this info or not. I am sure that a book of tix, no matter the state, has a guaranteed prize amount, but the state may choose not to publish it.

3 Wisemen Dream Book
I purchased a 3 Wisemen Dream Book out of curiousity. I also buy Lottery Bible,Hot Numbers and Money Row to cross reference pic3 numbers that show up in all three publications. I have been dreaming about spiders lately and there is one hanging out in my home office. I refuse to kill it because I heard it brings good luck. Does anyone else use 3 Wisemen as a tool to win pic3/4 lotteries?
