I hope you get Deb good!!! Good luck. By the way my powerball tickets(qp) usually end up in cash 3 and 4 especially the last 4 numbers usually straight. It works better if the last 4 don t have a 0 in them. Just FYI. Cheating Deb hides numbers in other tickets. No wonder it s rare when someone wins powerball or Mega with a qp from Georgia.

I smell some cheating going on. This shouldn't be happening and someone or some system is messing up with the distribution of the tickets. I hope NC does an internal investigation into this and investigates the two players who won twice within a short period of time.

There are no claims that the lottery was a co-conspirator. He seems to be alluding to a but for... causation standard. And let's be honest, Tipton's cheating went on for a long time so they should have caught him earlier. The lottery did not exercise the level of care they should have so they are negligent.
