Hoosier Lottery Does It Again
LOTTOMIKE:There is good reason why this hasn't happened yet. According to Indiana state law, a person who works for the lottery in any capacity is forbidden to divulge confidential lottery information. This is how they nailed Mr. Holcraft, an internal investigator who blew the whistle to law enforcement when he learned of William Foreman's friendship with Foltz and Daniels (of the scratch-off ticket scandal). However, it wasn't yet a scandal at this point, and would only become one after Losin

steeling tickets after you print them up
The eighth grade level in your father's time was a bit different from the eighth grade level today, one suspects. There's probably no equivalent level in the 21st Century school system to compare it to.Graduates from universities can barely read and write. High school graduates need to have something left to learn when they go into higher education. But seriously folks. With all the tapes, camera equipment, checks and cross-checks there oughtn't to be any doubt among the bosses and authorities w

Lucky Break: Co-workers win lottery
This is a nice heart-warming story. One that encourage group participation in the work place. On my job people have been threatened to be Fired if they were caught participating in any gambling pool, although I have had a Supervisor and a Manager participate in pools that I had established in the past.I like reading stories when these work place pools workout. But, hold on to your hats. If everyone didnot get into this pool, some jealous or distraught person may come forward. I hope not but s

TX Lottery Employee Fired After.....
To fire a whistle blower is bad news for them in the long run, unless they have plenty of valid documented reasons for the firing! The Government doesn't favor any company firing a whistler blower without a valid reason other than just to fire a snitch! The Texas lottery could be facing something worse than a bad public image if that person does decide to challenge their firing in a court of law with the government acting as their lawyer! Remember, once they file the wrongful firing with the l

Drug dealer must forfeit lottery jackpot
Hi libra:Sorry for the coffee faux pas ... or whatever it was. I'm thinking of going to some sort of ersatz coffee I used to drink a long time ago.... I think it must be made from burned bread crumbs or something. Postum, it was called. But I'd like to get away from the high dollar end of caffeine addiction. Those Columbian cartels will be drifting over into the coffee end of things if the price keeps skyrocketing.I don't know whether Chewie's ripping me up, or he isn't. I quit reading his

New Lottery idea
Mmmmm, seems to me that the starting point of a PB, MM or any lottery game is a projected estimate of possible sales. Now didn't the officals in Texas get their butts in the ringer for not projecting estimated sales properly of their state lottery game? And the result of that happening they had to leave the jackpot at the same amount which in turn stalled sales for that current game. Then if someone did hit the jackpot the state would have to make up the difference between the wrong estimated sa

More Texas Lottery trouble:" Auditor's warning erased from report
(I have to re-read Canticle every now and again, myself)Sounds as though what's happening is fairly SOP. Public's interested in the Lottery agency.... hungry reporters get on the case looking for scorpions under rocks... one of them finds a disgruntled employee, who leaks the draft audit report..... headlines. In fact, we know there's a guy was fired from the chief financial officer position.... just the man to have a copy of the draft audit report, off out there somewhere seeing all the smoke a

Texas Lottery chief may lose job over jackpot snafu
That would be like the Dallas Cowboys cutting their kicker after getting beat 63-14. The interesting thing about this situation is that Greer knew in advance the numbers did not add-up. He also know that Dawn Nettles watches everything that Lottery does, including reviewing the sales figures. What he didn't count on was her filing a complaint with the TX Atty General. Had she not done that, this issue would never have seen the light of day. I'm not saying that he needs to be fired, but if anyone

Predicting lottery numbers by hocus pocus
Actually from my studies WE all have special abilities but most people aren't aware of them like people who practice/study the Metaphysical. And as far as using these abilities for others or for yourself from what I understand it doesn't matter if you decide to use them just for yourself as long as your intent isn't negative like winning a lot of money so you can buy weapons to take over the country or blow up the company that fired you as revenge or anything that would cause harm to others
