Lets say you won pb/mm jackpot, where would you travel to"give details"
First traveling I'd do is go to Austin and stay in a nice hotel for a few days, during which the same time my lawyer will be taking care of everything. I would take these two days to relax knowing that any worry I've had is gone (I know some say that's when they just begin but I barely constitute having to say 'no' to people a worry). The first actual traveling I'd do actually consists of two trips. The first would be a stay in Las Vegas for 2-3 days. My only other trip there was a budge

What if Powerball was created to Recruit Codebreakers or People experts in higher Mathematics
I was looking at Powerball last night and i kept thinking...WHO in the world will come up with such a game....Only Satan would had thought of creating a game like that...Encryption is similar to the lotto...The USA has MANY secrets it wants hidden, when lottery began operating 1984 or 1970 i think the cold war was still going on...Even if it was in 1970 the USA faced so many wars and potential enemies it will not surprise me if Powerball was created with that purpose...They probably knew that wh

Would you keep playing?
lottocalgal, How many here do you think ewould stop playing if they them self hit a jackpot? I'd say very few, if any. So what would be the difference? The first time I ever played lotto was when living in Germany. One of our neighbors was a weatherman on TV. He hit the Lotto. Hessen Lotto 6/49. It was a neat game. Same set up as most 6/69 games, but they drew a seventh number, the zuzatspielen (extra play). Believe me, no one in the neighborhood quit playing because he hit!

If you won Big: 100 Million+ And you want to help will you consider going abroad...
First i ll like to say that if you win big and you plan to help, the USA needs more lottos and Powerballs, there is only 3 lottos in the world that pay: 100 million+ and above ONLY 3...Now that we have out of the way let me say this: This post is ONLY for the people that want to help...I know you have to win first...Is only a theoretical question... If you won big, big time and you will like to help, help humanity in anyway you can...Whatever the help might be will you consider traveling to o

If there is a state/country where interacial marriage is not allow may as well call it another germany under Hitler.... On another note, yes i am glad that vermont has weekly grand but i'll like Belgium Holland Swizerland to get the weekly grand also...I don't know why don't they call that game, paycheck because it is a paycheck... In a way i don't blame alabama and Utah for not having a lottery because forgive me for saying this but all the states are copycating other states the exact sam

interest tax question
Justxploring, Ahhh ... it went up to $10k. First, let me say that my bearer bond post was made with at least part of my tongue in cheek. On getting money out of the country, that's easy. Yes, wire-transfers can be traced. But activities after the transfer are a lot harder to trace. Since bearer bonds are not listed in any name, buying them ends the ability to track the money. Even the purchase record is linked only to the number assigned to the bond - not the person buying it. If the IRS a

interest tax question
buying/selling bearer bonds in the US is illegal So is tax evasion. Just remember not to make any single deposit of $5,000 or more in a U.S. bank since transactions over that amount are reported to the IRS and might make them curious (grin) It's form 8300 and the amount is $10,000 or more. It's unlikely the IRS would investigate someone who deposits a small amount of money like $5,000 or even $10,000 unless they have a good reason. They don't have the manpower. By the way, this form

Who really need money?
How do I know my clients live there? I know because these people are regular customers. I should have clarified earlier, that I was complaining about the people I used to randomly pick up at the airport a year or so ago. People who I didn't know, using our service for the first time. Since then, I have been working in a company who has regularrs who've been with my boss for up to 10 years now. I know they aren't the maids because these are people whom I've had many conversations, and they know m

Moral Question: Doctor or Lottery Winner?
see those are my thoughts too. But I am aware within myself why I support things like this is because I want my home to be a better place for me and those I love. And only that reason. I have no problems giving to a food bank..... but I don't give cash..... I give actual food that way I know that what is intended is actually happening and the cash isn't being taken by some jerk in the org.... Helping kids out with music and art...... yeah I do that so that I see or hear some new music or a
