Man sues S.C. Lottery, claiming the state is misleading ticket buyers
Seems if scratch-off winners with remaining jackpots were updated every 24 hours and individual scratch off game information could be punched up by ticket retailers upon request from a purchaser, it would seem to satisfy any potential argument someone might have. Needs to also have a disclaimer attached also.

Have you ever purchased a lottery system?
Yes that's exactly right more winners hit jackpots from quick-picks because most players use the quick-pick method over any other. The typical lottery players doesn't even know about Lottery software or systems so they pick there numbers personally or with quick-pick.

Powerball's "Lower than Normal" Jackpots
I think PB is trying to save up the Match 5 Bonus Prize pool. When players win PB Jackpots, fewer people tend to buy PB tickets.

lotto tennessee,georgia,south carolina!
I disagree. I love to play the instate lotto games. (Such as FL lotto) I get so sick of MM and PB odds sometimes. I know instate lotto game Jackpots aren't as high but I like the shot of winning atleast a million and not having to compete with other states.

The Current Powerball Jackpot?
Yep, faster rolling jackpots. However, Powerball might increase the matrix again after NC joins, as I've heard rumors that the addition of NC will increase the guaranteed minimum jackpot above $15 million.

how have you done in the lottery for 2005
I won $50 last week on Powerball, but since I started playing Powerball and Megamillion exclusively I have spent about $1000 and won probably $250. Lousy return! But for me, I'm more than grateful to have the chances at all the jackpots this year. Sooner or later I will hit a Jackpot and will declare it has all been worth it. The education I have received through this forum and these players was worth it again.
