How do aliens deal with lotteries?
NASA launched the Europa Mission and the ETA to Jupiter is April 2030. It's possible there is some form of life on Europa, but doubt they hold a lottery somewhere at the bottom of their frozen oceans. At 304 million miles from earth and almost 400 million miles from the Sun, it's probably impossible for life as we know to exist there. The spacecraft is moving at about 6310 miles and hour or about 1.75 miles a second. Compare that to the `186,000 miles a second light travels, doubt we'll be g

How do aliens deal with lotteries?
The Existence of Aliens and Lotteries: An Intriguing Combination The existence of aliens is one of humanity's biggest questions. Although we have no concrete evidence of extraterrestrial life, the vastness of the universe and the discovery of exoplanets lead us to believe that the possibility of life on other planets is quite real. But how could aliens interact with something as human as a lottery? To answer this question, we need to make some assumptions about the intelligence and techno

Connecticut Lottery begins selling tickets online with launch of iLottery
It still amazes me with the technology that the smartphones know your exact location for playing on-line. For instance if in Louisville and cross the river to Indiana it knows you're not in KY and can't do phone purchases that way. I know, as my late Dad would say, you're easily entertained... Please list all 11 states where you can purchase over the phone, off top of my head can think of only three. Certainly like here, they will offer instant 'scratch' tickets like here. Great

Virginia Lottery retailers escalate boycott, halt ALL lottery ticket sales until further notice
IMHO this certainly does not hurt the Virginia lottery very much. Folks can register to play on-line if they so choose. I find it amazing in my simple mind that just crossing the Ohio river into Indiana smartphone technology knows you left Kentucky and cannot play on line. Just like when we cross the Ambassador Bridge into Canada, the phone automatically switches to my beloved Metric system from the antiquated Imperial system. Anybody that knows me can attest to my love of the Metric system.

Pick 3 Forecast (Multiple States) 15th Edition
I have to take off Forecast #21 since it won yesterday. I'm looking for more forecasts to add. I'm being real strict about choosing the best conditions to play my Level 3 strategies. I basically have a top 5 minimum conditions/parameters to play my strategies and I'm only playing the top 2. They are rare. It feels like trying to find a new spectrum of light that can only be sensed (better/faster) if you have the tools/spreadsheets to search for it. It's like the issue of the technology does

Pick 3 Forecast (Multiple States) 15th Edition
IIIIIII'm dreamiiiing of a quuaaantum computeeerr. Just like the one IIIII've never haaadd. I spend more time working to answer the most relevant and high quality questions that I can come up with. How can I significantly increase the accuracy and precision of my strategies? How much it is going to cost and how long will it take to multiply my money with these strategies? I just recently [within the last year or so] learned how program spreadsheets on my own. I

99 Pirates
The smallest solution I could find is that the treasure chest is shut with 156,849 locks and each pirate holds 4,753 non-duplicate keys. The statement of the problem is equivalent to The chest cannot be opened if and only if three or more pirates are missing. This means there could be one lock for each size-three subset of the 99 pirates. Each pirate in that trio should hold a key to that lock. Since 99 choose 3 = 156849, that is the number of locks required. Each pirate is a member of 98 ch

Would You Have Won Back When With What You Know Today?
I said Maybe. I think with the much more understanding of Lotto games now, winning more lower tier prizes back then would have been more possible because of the Game formats back then. Back then it was, Lower Number Fields, Drawing taking place one time a week, Mechanical Drawings, instead of RNG Drawings. With the Technology today. . . Just gotta keep trying. . . For fun of it.
