Another MM Winner @$15m
Well OHIO again....I wonder if this ticket was around the area the other four tickets were won. First it was a winner triangle then it was a quadrilateral and now maybe a pentagon? hahaI think you can get the fact that this one was won because of the distribution of the numbers. One number from the first ten one from the second one from the 20's one from the 30's and one from the 50's. Even distribution like that is what QP's usually are but its only a stab in the dark.Well maybe we will get

Anyone else thinking of Euromillions?
Currently it's 58 million pounds ($100 mil)next rollover if it occurs would be 68 million pounds ($117 mil)rollover after that would equal the record for euromillions at ~80 million pounds ($135 mil)it's tax free (at least in Europe) and all cash. If it rolls over on Friday I'm definitly getting tickets although I doubt it will roll much after that. At least there is the handly link now for ordering them. Odds are only 76 million to one (bad, but better than MM and Powerball)I'm hoping for a rol

Simulating a 128-second Day for RNG
what does 128 seconds have to do with anything? I'm missing the significance...1.5 years of data @ 675 per day is 369,563 draws (rounding up)the trick isn't generating the random numbers, it's the logic that compares it to past history.best bet for a first attack is states with CPU draws...PA magic window should be between 1:00PM and 1:30PM (46,800 sec. and 48,600 sec., respectively)that is where I would start generating seeds from (using values between the above ranges)........... for x=46800

Breakfast buddies file suit over lottery ticket
LadyC wrote:<< For the record, the claim was paid that's why the plaintiffs request the defendant's assets be frozen. I find it rather odd that since the lottery proved the ticket came from the block of tickets sold for the group >>Not that I'm the least bit surprised when I find out that a reporter got something wrong, but the article is specific enough in the details about the lottery department saying the ticket hasn't been claimed that it seems unlikely the reporter got it wron

steeling tickets after you print them up
My Mother Always Said To Me If you do not have anything good to say, then do not say anything at all! Good Advice, I would say! And I personally, I did not know the answer to her question, however, got the basic Idea of what she was trying to ask. I would assume that if something was stolen intentionally or by accident that they will go by your previous criminal record to determine what would be the verdict. If it was an honest mistake then they will take that into account, and if not again its

question about tennessee lotto 5 drawings
Whew! I guess I don't need that second shot of whiskey afterall! Having signed the petition to eliminate computerized drawings, I guess I go up in smoke whenever I see the word computerized. You're right about computerized meaning you have to purchase the ticket on a computer terminal (on line), but whenever I see it in a discussion about a lottery game, I automatically go into eliminate computerized drawings mode! One thing is curious though - when you go to the TN Lottery web site's main page

Woman found guilty of stealing winning lottery ticket
awesomo2000There are problems with making analogies in the legal system - setting that aside. Suppose you gave her a check for $190 to go and purchase the tickets. A check would be similar to a lottery ticket. It can be altered and exchanged for cash. Then suppose she lost the check. Would you then have her arrested because you believe - due to inconsistencies - but with no real proof - that she pocketed the check? Or would you just stop payment on the check and perhaps fire her? Some peopl

It's gonna be a Powerball Christmas again
It's almost 50:50 for this run to last until Christmas, when one bases it on the sales from the last (annuity based) record Powerball pot. However there is a less than 50% probability that the jackpot will be won before then. Here is the probability breakdown for what occurred on the last run, using the sales data from www.lottoreport.com. The first column is the annuity jackpot, the second column is the probability of that particular jackpot rolling, and the third is the probability of that jack
