drought?
Hi, I'm new to playing daily pick 3. I play in mass and I also play on line it allows me to play any 3 or 4 digit game in USA and canada with .50 through 10.00 wagers. . . .I'm not a serious player yet, but I plan on it I'm just not sure how to go about it. My question is: what is the longest drought for an exact you have ever seen for a 3 digit game? I know that 403 hasnt come up in new york in over 3000 draws. that is a lot to me. thanks

lottery post member wins little lotto!!
It wasn't meant to be an observant statement, not an offensive one.You don't get to be a rock star by buying a guitar and saying if it is meant to be.. . It takes mostly lots of practice, plus a little bit of luck. The same can be said for any profession, including gambling. You don't have to play more to win more, just play smarter. If you study the game(s) you play, observe those methods which seem more successful than others and avoid those that aren't, you can use those tools to improve your

QUESTION for all...
It is a very popular pick, probably because it is very easy to remember from game to game.. and the lottery says your best chance at hitting the jackpot is to play the same numbers over and over. It's not the most popular combo, tho. The top-6 most often hit is always the most common combo. It hit once for a $10 Million lump sum jackpot on the Canada 6/49. There were thousands of jackpot winners! Payout was something like $1,700 each! (Smallest individual jackpot payout in the history of the game

How much tax ?
Theoretically they would pay less. Failing any state legislation specifically covering non-resident winfall taxes, taxes are paid to the country of residence under their laws. If you were Canadian, Lottery winnings are non-taxable in Canada, so you would pay NO tax on the winnings :-)There used to be a federal 'non-resident witholding tax' that scooped up 40% of any earnings made by an alien AND leaving the country, but the pro sports crowd killed that one. Some States replaced it by taxing non-

If you won a large amount of money...
Yep 3 times! Another one hit it twice, but that might be the same guy. Both Ontario, Canada. Probably psychic, a great dowser or something like that. Ever hear of Edgar Cayce. They called him the great American Prophet. Fantastic psychic. From Kentucky. Ran in his family. His Grandfather could make a broom dance a jig across the floor all by itself.

I bet there is gonna be no winner!
Oh. Well, when I'm drunk like I am now, I make more sense. It's a pitty that companies have negative policies against drinking at the work place. If I worked at...say...Enron 10 years ago, I would be in charge of a successful company. Actually, I would of bought WalMart, Enron, World.com, and probably 500 more top companies. But no! Drinking and puking at the work place is considered a bad employee and CEO material!! I would have been so rich that I would of been able to buy all of Canada and Me

If you won a large amount of money...
I guess it would depend on the way I won. If I won on a quickpick, then I've hit my one and only chance at it. Time to retire from lotto and open practice in the fine art of loafing...but if I won by some killer system that told me before hand that I was going to win, and win I did.. we go back to that Well again and again, for sure! There's this dude in Canada who hit the 6/49 Jackpot 3 times! Millions in cash each time, all tax-free. He must have a system, and he obviously didn't quit.

MegaMillions ticket question
I recently read about this 84 year old lady who took out large deposits from her bank. A bank clerk called her and asked her about it. The stupid old lady said she was sending more money to Canada (after paying for 'legal and tax fees'on winning a Canadian lottery), to pay for the difference in day to day currency rates. The clerk said that it's a scam and to 'kiss your money goodbye'. The clerk then called the cops. 2 different cops and on 2 different occasions (4 cops total), told her she got
