Charlie,I agree with you. Bonus Ball lotteries like The Big Game and Powerball work because of the fact that they are multi-state lotteries, and therefore have larger player pools.States looking to revamp their lotteries should probably do something like New Jersey did: stick with a pick 6 and offer prizes for matching as few as 3 numbers. Well, can't get a standard for pick options set. Other than what I am just thinking so, I'll get back to this and leave it at that.
