What do you NEED to come up with a Winning Lotto System??
To all Lotto Players: I am sorry I've been so slow in responding to mail - I did not know I would get so many PM's, so this is why I'm responding here.
I wrote up a post to try and explain the difficulty I'm having explaining how I found 'working aspects' of Texas Lotto cards and drawings. But, decided not to post it because I realize it's a problem trying to explain something without some visual help. I've been working every day on 6/49 TL and I've figured out 'something' that has worked, as

Florida man out $92,000 after losing winning lottery tickets
Everybody's got a story about the one that got away, but Walid Aboroomi's tale of loss and deprivation can bring tears to anyone who favors simple games of chance and the specter of quick riches.
Aboroomi has owned the BP service station and convenience store on Cross Creek Boulevard for six months, and on the night of May 28, he felt lucky. He noticed the time: 7:15 p.m.; a glimpse of a license plate in the parking lot, 715. And most importantly, his birthday: July 15.
Everything was 715

How are Mega/Powerball numbers generated regarding lotto games.
This is something that I also have wondered about ... do the self serve terminals have their own Random Number Generators or are the QP numbers coming from lottery headquarters ... so that there is only one RNG in the whole state producing QP numbers.
Therefore it doesn't make any difference whether a person buys a QP ticket from a human being terminal or a self serve terminal ... those numbers are all generated from lottery headquarters ???
This Florida PowerBall story has always facinate

Legislator demands greater scrutiny of Florida Lottery
The vice chairwoman of the Florida Senate Gaming Committee, Sen. Maria Sachs, called for greater scrutiny of the Florida Lottery after a Palm Beach Post investigation revealed some people are winning big prizes against enormous odds.
Sachs, D-Delray Beach, has been an advocate of folding the lottery into a state gaming commission, which would be overseen by legislators and include all forms of gambling in the state. She said The Post's investigation further emphasized that need.

New dream , #2 need your help please
Busytellie,
Thanks for your sharing.
So, something did bite you and was missing a tooth, in your waking life. Perhaps you ran to the restroom to have it examined. (hospital)..
It was your right side..male side and perhaps your best leg forward..
The male side is usually connected to our rationality, logic, linear thinking, and understanding. The female side is connected to feelings, nurturing, caring, compassion, love, and all the emotional qualities.

full blue moon
Is there a Blue Moon Tuesday night? Let's clear this up
YES. There IS a Blue Moon on Aug. 20. But wait, you say: Aren't Blue Moons the second full moon in a month? And isn t this the first full moon of August? Well, that two moons in a month rule is new and was never used by wise, old farmers. You see, there are usually three moons per season. Farmers named them to keep a sense of time throughout the year. The first summer moon was the early summer, then came the midsummer, and finally

NY brothers charged in plot to steal $5M New York Lottery ticket
They waited until shortly before the $5 million winning ticket in a scratch-off lottery game would have been worthless. Then, when two brothers from the Syracuse area went to claim the prize, they made an unusual offer: They told state lottery officials that they would be happy to take home less than the full amount if they could avoid a news conference.
(See NY brothers claim $5M win from '06 lottery ticket, Lottery Post, Oct. 17, 2012.)
The officials made them wait some more, saying a se
