Hand sanitizer is truly the bane of lottery tickets.
I have had ticket's that got wet and the number's in Atlantic Canada! That were not legible or the bottom part, was torn off, and ripped!. Where the clerk type's in the bottom serial number's. So the ticket's weren't any good. I have to be very careful with ticket's!
