I agree with you 100% Dracos!!! As a book buyer of $20-$25-$30 games the past 20 years i can promise everyone its a losing proposition. I knew from the beginning unless i happen to hit a game changing win of $50k or more it was gonna be ugly and after 20 years of buying books and hoping for a monster prize its real ugly.... but i still buy them. My biggest win is 20k on the old 100X $25 game but i do have and handful of $5k and $10k wins along with well over 100 wins of $1k. (Yes, I have eve

Quick Picks
You know that people are allowed to choose their own numbers, right? Whatever disadvantages there may be to playing QP's it's entirely voluntary. Personally I'd be happier of QP's didn't exist. When people choose their own numbers they tend to avoid a lot of the possible combinations. That increases the chances of a rollover for a lot of drawings, and reduces the chances that I'd have to share a jackpot if I should be lucky enough to win. If you know the last combo wont repeat Nobody kno

OH and NM Lottery Study
I'll toss in some feedback. Feel free to pass it on. New Mexico Lottery website is terrible. Not all the games are shown on the homepage. Worse, the constantly changing scrolling game information. Maybe it works better on a mobile phone? Don't know, but probably not. Take a look at some other state lottery websites for ideas. As for games, NM Lottery doesn't have a Pick-4 game? As for Pick-3, it may not seem exciting compared to other games offered, but it's a relatively large, reliable reven

Hey Ed, Those are interesting observations. Thanks for posting the book number of your big win. Honestly, the more I think about it the more I think book ranges should only be looked at to eliminate buying from rolls where we know jackpots have been found within a certain range. For example, there's still rolls of the World Class Cash game all over the place here in Gainesville in the 50k-90k range and since I remember seeing 4 jackpots pop up fairly quickly around that range I know the

Significant changes regarding Scratch off tickets needed within the Florida Lottery.
Hello to everyone in this forum! I recently discovered this forum and enjoy reading the posts of players trying to hit the life changer and decided to join an offer my 2 cents and learn more about the scratch off games. I am a long time Florida Lottery player and started getting into scratch off tickets back in 2004 when the first $20 tickets came out. I have bought countless books of tickets and have never hit that life changing jackpot even having lots of information like the reports often sha

Odds are still low, honestly even pulling a $500 winner is a stretch with the overall odds being something like 1 in 1,000 during the final drawing. Significantly better than something like the Powerball, or even the regular chances of hitting $1M on a scratchoff of course. 2,500/570,000 = 0.0043% chance when you crunch the numbers, it makes sense as to why very few of us even hit something. I think one person posted saying he won $500 during one of the weekly drawings. With that being said

I called a bunch of places in the Orlando area, and located at least 30 places that have Super Millions. There's still hundreds (upwards to 400) of Super Millions books across the state, although probably 3/4th are over the 700k range. There's alot of dormant Super Millions rolls in Winn Dixie/Publix/Kangaroo stores locked away, and probably won't hit the shelves until a manager decides to put them up or a lottery rep swings by and takes them (to redistribute or destroy). When I've called, I not

Keno draw history
What I need is draws for MO. When the program is first opened it will download so many past drawings. Once it has done this it tries to work out the seed value of the RNG by starting with the 2nd game back using gaps. The program then generates a series of lines and checks them against the last game/drawing. It's kind of a guess and check method and it continues changing seed values until it starts hitting. Once it does then it switches to live play. It's all automated so the user on

While I agree with you about the improbability of the Lottery intentionally pulling/destroying jackpot tickets, what bothers me is that they do pull/destroy tickets and don't bother with the rather simple task of scanning those tickets before destroying them so as to remove any winners from the available pool. Sure there will be an initial cost of developing a set of machines to quickly remove the scratch-off material and scan the tickets, but it'd be an almost imperceptibly minuscule expense fo

Slider download
Hi all Winsum sent me links for the new daily game databases and I added them to the full install download. If you chose to reinstall then uninstall the old version first. Also once he post links the user can just delete the old daily game folders P3-games and P4-games then just extract the new files to C:\slider\ Neither of these options has to be performed but the new databases make finding the daily games much easier. Note! if changing out the daily game folders you should l
