All ncel has to do is release the pre-draw information on their website and keep it current before the main draw that is released to the public.....this way all the players will know just what structure is missing and what is not. A lot of players play missing structures...and as from the above list shows most if not all of them have hit in the pre-draws...so in actuality youre following a false assumption of what is actually missing and in the process losing shhytloads of money . Ive always felt that ncel picks and choses just what pre-draw combination they want to release to the public and the one being the lowest payout for why else have pre-draws to begin with... i mean it just doesnt make sense to have pre-draws. Texas has updates for pre-draws on their website however they release the pre-draw information waaay to late to run a statistical analysis. Since the 4th there have been 3 draws where the payout was around $100k or less. That's pretty rare. So in my opinion it means one of two things... 1) Not many people playing so less winners. Marge will release a trip or some other long awaited number with a great payout to entice more people to play 2) Marge is collecting big time on us and few are winning. She has gotten enough money to give us a big release or two Whatever the case may be... needs to stop playing around already.
