lol Nicki! I found that once, where an 'alien' ticket was in with mine from one of those machines. It didn't win either. I came upon a $1 balance in an instant vending machine...I wasn't going to leave it there for the next guy...I chose a $1 ticket and won $2 Double the free money. I was liking that 177/771 for a daily soon...something 1xx should be coming our way. Good luck today!

Three/five ticket winners on a fresh roll. Keep going?
At a vending machine I bought a five dollar Jumbo Bucks ticket. Every number was a match with two dollars underneath for a total of $30. After that I proceeded to get to more jumbos with a total of about $55 in winnings. So out of five tickets I just bought three of them were winners to gave me jumbo symbols and my question now is should I keep going and buy some more? I know odds are is probably not that great however I was thinking this could be the so called hot roll . So what would

Lottery Winners want to live Normally...
Everybody that plays jackpot games have positive thoughts about life after a jackpot win, but very few think about the down side. It's normal for them to go out to eat and maybe have conversations with their friends and acquaintances but now the conversations will be much different. I doubt normal to them isn't having someone taking them aside and asking for a $500 to $10,000 loan or more either. Some say they will continue to work, but that small amount of change a co-worker needed for the vend

Playing every ticket from a machine.
Nice results omiller! I like seeing the variety of tickets in other states too. You got back better than 90% so I'd say that is a win on the challenge. So we got NY, CA and PA. C'mon other states, represent! Take the vending machine challenge! I'm still deciding on where and when to try my 3rd attempt.

Playing every ticket from a machine.
We also have stores here with multiple vending machines plus large counter displays for tickets. And some stores I've seen have the entire wall behind the cashier covered with shelves and shelves of tickets, multiple copies of each game so people can choose which roll they want to play. That would be a few hundred dollars worth to play 1 ticket from each open pack there. I don't think that was the point was to buy a ticket off every single roll in the store and all the duplicate games. Just p

Replay/2nd chance drawings for scratchers
California has 2nd chance drawings for scratchers. For example, with a scratcher game with the top prize of $100,000, they'll have a drawing for an identical prize. All you have to do to enter is input the unique code from your losing scratcher Do other states have these as well? Anyone here ever win or know someone who's won a second chance drawing? Also, what do you guys think of taking losing tickets out of the trash and using them to enter these drawings? My local grocery store has

When buying scratch tickets do you buy one or at least two or more of the same ticket at a time?
I always buy just two at a time, in addition to finding out what the next starting number is. Never scratch anything in a store, don't want to look like some pathetic lottery loser lunatic. Sometimes I take a peek into the wastebasket right next to the lotto vending machines, and see if I can spot a few sequencing tickets. (ex. #042, 043, 044 are all in the basket. Many times I'll purchase a ticket from the machine and next ticket # is 045, and a winner).
