The odds do not increase or decrease, the odds are still 1 in 6. The fact that you rolled the dice 5 in 6 does not increase or decrease your risk relative to me rolling the dice at 1 in 6. The risk stays the same at 1 in 6 for each of your 5 dice rolls. You are just rolling the dice more to face the same risk of 1 in 6 every time you roll the dice.

Buying More Tickets Does Not Increase Your Odds.Reply
Have to disagree with you there. Buying more tickets ABSOLUTELY increases your chances. Although that increase is small it's real. To simplify: 1 ticket in 1 million combinations is .000001 % odds 10 tickets in the same drawing would increase your odds to .00001% 100 tickets .0001% etc Even just adding 1+1 you go from .000001 to .000002% chance of winning. Obviously negligible but it DOES increase your chances. Pretty simple math really.

We have to remember there are states that offer both games and each state is responsible for the secondary prizes. If PB sales are down because of the price increase or lower than expect jackpot sizes, but if MM sales are up, it could be a wash or even more profitable when the MM jackpot is $100 million and rolls a couple of times. If both games were $2 a ticket and both jackpots were at near minimum levels, it would affect ticket sales more in the states that offer have both games and becaus
