The way the digits are distributed in the groups has no bearing other than that's the way the codes
are developed.
Step-1 has 3 choices.
If set to 1 then we are limited to the digits in group 1 or digits (0-1-2)
If set to 2 then we are limited to the digits in group 2 or digits (3-4-5-6)
If set to 3 then we are limited to the digits in group 3 or digits (7-8-9)
Step-2 has 2 choices 1 = play odd and 2=play even
Step-3 has 2 choices 1=lowest remaining digit

Taking the Mystery out of Picking Numbers (jackpot games)
for new-bee's to working with digits
What G is working on is taking the digits to another level. I will try to show the basics of the digit system
which will help understand what he is working on.
Digit System basics.
Lets take my 5-39 matrix for this example. The larger the matrix the less the advantage. In the digit system
the digits are divided into two groups. The first group are digits 1-2-3 and are called base digits. A base digit
can be used as a decade digit or a o

MATH 5/39: Stack47, Garyo1954, RL-RANDOMLOGIC VS Jimmy4164
Are you planning to enter the Yup'ik lottery, Jimmy? Not that it bothers me, but the grand prize with parmutuel betting works out to, oh, 120 Yu'pik base dollars before taxes!!!!! Are you crazy?
Now, I failed to respond to the first post because, *ahem* let's just say there is a lack of research done on the Yup'ik. According to the Journal of American Indian Education, Volume 33, Number 3, May 1994, whereas the Yu'pik used a base 20 system, it consists of a subbase 5, i.e. left hand, right ha

Ultra-34 P-3-P-4 software
Base-4 requires everything before the last remainder to be divisible by 4. The last digit in the rogue
string is the remainder of the conversion.
Pick-3 = 4*4*4*4*4 = 1024
Pick-4 = 4*4*4*4*4*4*4=16,384
5-39 = max-index 575,757 = 4*4*4*4*4*4*4*4*4*4=1,048,576
PB 5-69 max-index = 11,238,513 = 4*4*4*4*4*4*4*4*4*4*4*4=16,777,216
Because we must maintain a power of 4 as the base there will almost always be a remainder, the values
above the number of lines in the matrix, this is w

Benford s Law and Number Selection in Fixed-Odds Numbers Game:

Eddess_Knight with First Digit Law Light
Benford'slaw, also called the first-digit law, is an observation about the frequency distribution of leading digits in many real-life sets of numerical data. The law states that in many naturally occurring collections of numbers, the leading significant digit is likely to be small.[1] For example,

Brand new system for P-3 Straight Only
This system has only a few combos to play and sometimes can show the next day or the following day. The other issue is that both the mid and eve win about the same amount, and both also produce wins, just not sure which one to play, and for which draw. Maybe play both if your budget allows, or just do mid to mid, or eve to eve. I'm going with the latter.
Without going into detail, I will go str8 to the point.
Basically, If the last winning combination's middle digit shows up in the f

New York Lotto...does it have a pulse? Rethinking It...
I never gambled with lotteries much before until a few months ago I bought some scratch-offs and I got obsessed with it for a bit until it cooled off, lost a lot of money for sure, had a few decent wins (won $500 on a scratch-off, won $5,175 in Quick Draw) and then grew tired of it except for light playing.
Mega Millions and Powerball have odds that are extremely close to zero and I've not wanted to bother wasting money playing them yet they are the big draws and the moneymakers for the New Y

MO Pick-6 predictions

Here s another tip. When using my DMP software I track what I call base digits hits per line.
Base digits are digits 1-2-3. In a pick-6 game there are 12 possible positions in every line as
I count 2 positions for each number, even if the number is below 10. In the pics below you can
see how many of the 12 positions are covered by base digits. In the last drawing 6 of the 12
digit positions were taken by digits 1-2-3. In the list you can see that as many as 9 of the 12
