I don't think it's because of the third drawing in a week. People tend to buy lottery tickets on a per-week basis, not a per-drawing basis. I suspect that many people who were buying multiple tickets for the Wednesday and Saturday drawings stuck with the same weekly expenditure or maybe added one more ticket. 01) Payments to the administrator: Someone out sick and fails to pay for a drawing - cover for them or not - are they out for the drawing or out forever? This one should be very easy. If you had a pool of say 100 people, I would be shocked at a 100% collection rate for every drawing. Etc.... I'm not sure if I've grasped the draw rules yet. No worries, the drawing schedule is meant to be more of a drawing by drawing visual of the state drawings you're predicting. Some drawing times are going to overlap. This, of course, only happens when you are creating multistate forecasts. I usually post more information at the bottom of my forecasts to let people know that it's best to be informed of the drawing times and the cut-off times before playing multistate forecast
