Was the "mistake" the winner?
In Ohio tickets for the local games can be canceled but not the multi-state MegaMillions game.

Mega Winners In Lotto
States aren't into lottery games to just give away money. States generally are willing to contribute some money to get a game started but people have to like the game enough to contribute the rest and states expected to keep 40% to 50% of sales as their share for running the games. For payouts of fifteen $1M top prizes a state would need to raise $30M+ with ticket sales before the drawing. When multi-state lotteries PB and MM have starting jackpots of $12M and $15M (Cash ~$7M) they can onl

Nevada panel passes lottery proposal
If Nevada is creating a lottery it would be in their best interests to join the Powerball group. To be honest, I don't know if there would really be a point to them selling any games beyond the 4 multi-state Powerball family of games (other than perhaps a Pick 3 and 4 game). Maybe they could even sell the 3 state Win for Life game. Don't forget about the Nevada Numbers games sold in the Keno rooms at various casinos. If that were more widely available perhaps Nevada wouldn't need to be going

I don't know when my husband had to go to orlando on business i went with hims and had a blast playing the flordia lottery. took my laptop and felt i done very well. i would move to flordia just to play there lottery. i think it is much better than georgia myself. i get mad about georgia not having its own millionare game like we used to have when we had lotto georgia. other than fantasy 5 we do not have a game that is not multi-state.

would you still play?
dvdiva: Adding 2 balls to the game [not the bonus ball] will not result in low sales. i'll guess that 99.9778% of Powerball players are ignorant about lotteries. They see the jackpot money not if 2 balls were added. Remember is a multi-state game. If Powerball was played in 1 state, then yes, there is a probablilty it could lower sales..I say the sales will remain the same...You also need to know the amount/quantity of new players to every draw. I think the amount of players for Powerball is the

choosing one game that you love most
If I had only one choice, I'd probably choose the multi-state lottery game Wild Card 2, which is what I play the most.

Florida Lotto
Fortunately Florida will have a new governor next year. Whoever takes over better be in favor of a multi-state game.

My FL Lotto # (4/19) & BETSLIPS
I heard that neither ticket was downstate . Must be frustrating having to drive hundreds of miles to play a multi-state game.

Bonus ball bounced by Lotto Texas
Once you bring in a multi state game sales always plummet. This is pretty much what happened. State's need to find a new game to get players back on those games. The pick 6 out of whatever isn't what people want anymore. People get bored with those games. It will be nice when the states actually come to their senses and create games that are actually exciting again. Brad
