Why is there no jackpot winner in an alleged rigged drawing? Bcuz RiGgEd can be FOR or AGAINST someone to Win a Jackpot... In THIZ case, it wuz RiGgEd to Prevent the jackpot from being won, to increase $ale$ profit ..
