Super Computers + Terminals = Rigged
lol I kind of thought of something like that before.
What got me interested in Pick4 was a player listed on our state site who
won $165,000 in one month, never seen that before.
The pattern I've seen in our state (Wisconsin computer drawn, one pick3 and pick4 per day)
is that a player can do very well, 1 month and that's it!! I have not seen that women listed
on the winners list in almost 2 years!!
Same with other player, he was a very consistent pick3 winner, listed

Lottery winner's lifetime of money gone in weeks
A few weeks before Thanksgiving, staff at the Loving Care assisted living facility in St. Petersburg realized something had changed in Malcolm Ramsey's life.
Relatives who had never paid much attention to Ramsey, 55 and mentally incompetent, suddenly started showing up in droves. Bulging bags from T.J. Maxx and Bealls filled his half of a tiny, shared bedroom. Boxes of new athletic shoes Nike, New Balance, K-Swiss towered against the wall.
Then there were the rumors that Ramsey had hit it

Record Powerball jackpot won by 1 ticket
I'm not speaking of the lottery being rigged in the same way as was done in Pennsylvania. It's certainly not rigged each and every week for one specific person to win. It is however rigged so that the prize money is distributed evenly in all regions. It is rigged to make sure that any one single person does not win multiples of the same prize level from the same drawing.
You may have won multiple prizes over a period of time by correctly matching 4 of 6 numbers. Have you ever won multiples of

$550 MILLION: Powerball jackpot now more than a half-billion dollars
By Todd Northrop
Just 12 hours after the initial Powerball jackpot estimate of $475 million was set, lottery officials announced that strong sales have pushed the official estimate for Saturday's drawing to $550 million.
The current jackpot is the second largest in Powerball history and the third largest jackpot in U.S. history.
The new estimated lump-sum cash value of the jackpot is $350.1 million.
Judging from past jackpot run-ups, it is almost certain that the jackpot will be rais

Annuity or Lump Sum?
Thanks for the reply. It's an interesting dicsussion! I'm starting my first full time job this July and I've been doing alot of reading up on retirement investing and the financial services industry. And it seems that it's hard to find a fiduciary (someone who is legally obligated to look out for your best interests instead of their own) who can really do well with your money.
I agree that if you know exactly what you're doing you can be doing very welll and definitely beat the annuity.

Lotto Max/Lotto 649 Rigged?
I've searched lots of forums to see what people think of Lotto Max and Lotto 649 being rigged.
I have found something interesting.
I began having suspicions when I noticed for mega jackpots there would be long periods of no winners, while at the same time sales spiked substantially. Mathematically, the number of plays exceeds the odds, so the probability of a winner greatly exceeds the stated odds. Example: if someone plays one board in Lotto MAX, they get 2 additional draws as a b

Winners of at least $1,000
This type of venture needs to be handled strictly on an individual basis...the individual being YOU.
With thousands of scam artists out there, I think you've just made yourself vulnerable to the possibility
of being contacted by people who care nothing about you and what you want.

If you're looking for a grand prize remember this...there are millions of tickets printed for any one game.
More of them if they extended the game. They supposedly increase the prizes with ext

Lucky lottery lady outed as Stanford University statistics PhD
She was called the luckiest woman in the world.
But now that luck is being called into question by some who think that winning the lottery four times is more than just a coincidental spell of good fortune.
Joan R. Ginther, 63, from Texas, won multiple million dollar payouts each time.
First, she won $5.4 million, then a decade later, she won $2 million, then two years later $3 million and finally, in the spring of 2008, she hit a $10 million jackpot.
The odds of this has been calcula
