Brainstorming using Smart Luck Advantage Plus
Hi Adamcustom, what a great question! That is exactly what I've been pulling my hair out working on for what seems like forever!!! I've found that everything you mentioned works, especially the adjacent numbers, but it works for doing just that ... giving 1 or 2 very strong contenders (there are always a FEW VERY strong contenders) and by the time you start to pair those lets say 2 strong #s with the their favorite other #'s (I like to call them friends) the number pool starts to grow and grow.

Dual multi-state lottery sales may keep jackpots lower
The increased chances of a winner will go hand in hand with bigger increases from one jackpot to the next.
As long as the odds don't change we can (still) expect a long term average of one winner for every 176 or 195 milion tickets sold. Of course few of the jackpots that are won are average, and changing the number of tickets in a drawing will change the likely results of *that* drawing. When the jackpot is still relatively small the chance of a winner will still be relatively small, so we c

Its time for a little honesty,so I'll guess I'll go first,here goes:
Here is how I play the NCEL pick 3...
I take the 50 HIGHEST statistical average #'s and play them 6 way in doing this it assures me SOME money to cover my bet Should I win...
50 X 6 = 300....and 300 #'s that carry a high statistical values is pretty good odds, this is technically/strategically the only proven way to keep from going broke and still be able to play in the long run...
PLaying #'s straight in hopes to wi

Incredible and inaccurate hype - European profesor
Many of these system sellers B.S. is meant for lottery players who played very little and never check lottery websites or a lottery forum like LP. I saw an advertisement by a system designer who claimed he had checked over 20,000 past lottery drawings and discovered a few facts.
1. Less the 15% of the drawings had a number from the previous drawing.
Any decent lottery software would show it happens in 50% of more of the drawings even in lotteries like PowerBall and MegaMillions that use a

SuperLottoPool
I don't get being in a pool of 2000 at all.
Tonight's MM is $220,000,000. Should you guys win, that comes to $110,000 each. Nice little score, but not really an instant retirement type of thing.
And that's figuring $220,000,000, not cash option (so it would be spread out over years), and not after taxes.
Even if you hit 5 + 0, the $250,000 would come to $125 each.
Just my opinion, but plasying a Pick 5 solo would be better than playing in such a large pool.

I run one at my work, so I know it's legit. It started with me and a coworker I shared my office with, then it expanded from there and now has 12 members. All money goes to buy a mix of Powerball and Louisiana Lotto tickets. I collect $4/each from the members every 2 weeks on payday, and buy a mix of numbers the members selected in quickpicks on multidraw tickets that cover all 4 drawings until the next payday. I go the multidraw route so I don't have to keep running to the store to buy tickets.

I spoke to the local lottery office last week concerning a lottery pool and was informed it was illegal due to USPS laws about gambling across state line - but the main issue is verification of age of the players. I was then referred to the Hotline for more information.
It took me a few days to get through for more information. I managed to get them on the phone today and was transferred to the Office of Legal. Their main attorney is going to call me back later today.
However, the issue is

See, your story actually helps point out why many people are opposed to playing in pools. With 50 people in a pool, that $15 million jackpot, which is actually about $7.5 million in cash but really about $5.25 million after taxes are withheld amounts to $105,000 per person.
The reason people play the big lotto games is to win an amount so big that they will never have to worry about money again.
If you want to win $105,000, then you should just play the Cash 5 game, and if you do that play
