Will an injuction stop Mega in California
I live in CA and am grateful to have the chance to participate in MM. I am sure those who win future MM jackpots will be glad that Californians are feeding the pot too.

Indiana lottery sales decline has officials probing illegal games
The guys at the VFWs and other private clubs have been spending the same $$ on the cherry masters forever.no one buys the Hoosier lottery because the jackpots are low like the editor said who wants computer drawings. Look at the unemployment Here, we don't have the money to spend on the scratch off games. Since we're suppose to keep it clean I won't even say anything about Gov Mitch.

Anyone use this guys system?
There are systems and software that will work for some people and not for others, for all the people that have WON jackpots using Gail Howard's software or any other software including Lotto-pro 2005 there are many that have not.So no system or software will make everyone RICH some will hit big and some will not that's just the way it is I guess.

Texas Gov. expects panel to correct lottery problems
I hope that the Texas governor will make Texas Lotto jackpots not get inflated again and go in tenths of millions of dollars in the Estimated Grand Prize such as 4.5, 6.5, etc. I wish that they go back to a 6 number out of 54 game instead of 5 out of 44 plus a bonus ball out of 44.

Megamillions at 88 million
The reason why the annuity jackpot estimate it not increasing as fast as before is because the current market value of government securities required to fund the annual installments is decreasing. This means it takes more cash today to fund a $10 million annuity jackpot than it did a year or two ago. But if you track the cash value of the jackpots, I think the addition of California has had a impact. But after the jackpot crosses $100 million, I think California will have an even greater impact.

Megamillions at 88 million
If noone wins friday night, the Jackpot will probably jump to 106 million. I think it will really start going crazy when it gets over a hundred million, at least the first few times till the people from California get used to the larger jackpots. When the California super lotto got over a hundred million it would jump over 30 million just by instate purchases.

Megamillions at 88 million
HAHA! Now that's the jump I've been looking for! I was getting a bit worried with the 53-63-73m jackpots.

Powerball is on a winners streak again!
Even if that happened, it would still take so long for Powerball to get up to a record level it would be unlikely that there wouldn't be a jackpot winner before it got there. Unless Powerball has an immediate guaranteed hold on Florida and every state that will be new to playing the lottery game, such a matrix would not have much effect, other than possibly more $100+ million jackpots.

Should we feel stupid playing the lotto?
Very few people can afford to play the lotteries just to loose money, but if the States want to make money and offer large jackpots to attract more players then a lot of people have to lose. Just remember when you win, a lot of losers shared the cost of your winnings. Buy your tickets at several locations, that way no one will know how much you're losing but you.

Texas Lottery chief may lose job over jackpot snafu
Sadly some important Texas Lottery Commision members inflate jackpots to sell more tickets. Of course this action deserves the fired of the responsible people because you as a customer have to paid for their mistakes.
