Lottery Pool/Club
Always good points above - but if the rules are spelled out and signed up front there should be no issues.
And the goal is to have a very trusted pool with a very clean reputation. I asked for suggestions in this area on this board but was shot down.
My pool is going forward and I feel I have a very good plan for trust and building a strong reputation. I also have some amazing game options coming up.
Without pure luck to win, the only option is a scientific covering system with MANY, M

Office Pool Lotto Questions
I run an office pool, too. It's alot of work, but I know the big one is coming. We have not set up an agreement...might be wise to...but we've all worked together for years. Seems kinda simple, though. When we win big, we close the store for a day or two, we rent a charter bus full of libations and food, take the 6 hour trip to the Lottery HQ and stake our claim and divide by 10! I do have an LLC on standby, should that be necessary.
It does get troublesome when a regular asks me to float th

Texas Lottery confirms that Quick Picks are not generated by "central computer"
Is it very easy to create a pool of numbers least likely to occur?
Then to restrict the rng to derive sets of numbers from that pool.
Ask your self if it is feasible. If they have the opportunity or allowed it --would they use it?
Most states have added new games during the year. The terminals must be updated for the new games to print the tickets.
Wouldn't that be a clue, that the machine has to way handshaking or two way comunication.
I want the machine to have only one way c

Pick 5 - Cold Fusion System
10/11: Cold - 2,14,16,17,20,24,27,29,31 - Results: 11-20-29-33-38
There it is, 2 cold numbers from a pool of 9 cold numbers.
If the pool has more than 8 cold numbers consider to include 2 cold numbers in the mix.
I'll continue to record and put the theory to test for Georgia Fantasy 5.
10/12: Cold - 2,9,14,16,17,24,27,31,36 - Expected cold hits: 2, 31, 17
Waiting for the results...stay tuned!

I can get closer to a win doing just all ODD/Evens
What I really need is organizational skills. LOL
There are over 65,000 Lottery Post members here. The chances of winning several days a year when ALL ODD numbers are draw are only 15,504 to 1 .
If I could organize a POOL of about half the members here ......we could all play for about .50 cents a day !
That way we could win the jackpot about once a month ! LOL
.....or if I was really good organizer ....I could organize a smaller pool of only around 1000 folks and we

I had the same vision of the two pools in the backyard dream again.
This time someone decided to buy another house because it only had one pool.
A young black guy was with me at the house and he had purchased a swimsuit package. It had a beach towel, two swim trunks, two swim caps, etc.
My husband came out to pool area. He had bought the same thing but his only had one of everything.

Drive to boost Calif. lottery sales under way
That and the fact that annuity factors are so low.
Annuity factors are the multiplier that Lotterys apply to the $$$ in the top prize pool to arrive at the advertised jackpot.
If the annuity factor is 2.0, then $20 million in the top prize pool = an advertised jackpot of $40 million. AF's can and have been 2.0 or better.
I think recently the annuity factors are more like 1.6 - so it takes a lot for $$$ for the jackpot to rise.
MM is certainly part of the issue. I

When you win a small prize
For me, I stick to what I usually buy which currently is 1 Lotto and 1 Easy 5 ticket and if it gets to $100 million, Powerball. I occasionally buy scratch tickets, but only when there's a second chance drawing associated with them.
For the lottery pool I run at work, I buy extra Powerball and Lotto tickets except for 2 weeks ago when the pool won $10 on Powerball. Since the Louisiana Lottery is running the Millionaire Raffle game with a prize of $1 million and only 300,000 tickets being so

Stay here, or flee the country ?
Nice to hear Sir Metro's point of view. I used to travel a lot and no matter how beautiful the weather was on the island or how friendly the people were in the country, I always felt something I can't describe when the plane landed at Logan Airport.
There are some situations in which I might take off, if you are talking about the hypothetical, but it wouldn't be to escape criminal prosecution. Who wants to be a fugitive from justice?
As others have said, this isn't going to happen t
