it all depends on if the jackpot is hit the drawing before or not.if the jackpots hit the draw before CA joins, then it is reset to the starting amount.if nobody hits the jackpot before CA joins, then CA gets whatever jackpot it is.

I like Powerball over Mega Millions (I guess it's because it's played in TN and since I live close to the border we've either play MM or The Big Game for a long time). I do play GA's Mega Millions when the jackpots get high. (Kinda like Tuesday's).

If the drawings are fixed then why the lucky string of jackpot winners earlier this year? If any multi-state game is fixed, it's Mega Millions, because its jackpots broke $100 million three runs in a row, and its jackpot will probably break $100 million again this run.

The problem is that the Michigan Lottery does not notice a crappy game right away. I'm not saying I liked Winfall better, but this is pretty much Winfall without a jackpot cap and minus 2 numbers. Also, what were they thinking by making the starting jackpot $1 million? Are lotteries wising up and starting to teach players the value of a dollar by offering jackpots that will not set them for life?

Yes, it's all luck. In fact, luck worked in favor of Powerball last drawing - they had 31 tickets that were just the powerball away and 147 tickets that were just one white ball away from winning it all, yet the jackpot still rolled.
