I've noticed digit 8 is the ONLY digit that has not hit once for the Evening draws in February so far, but the doubles 11's are also cold for the Evening and have not hit Evening since December 16th when 411 was drawn. Maybe 118 will show up tonight, as sum 10 has also been cold and has not hit since New Years Day when 820 came out. One more categorey i've noticed is Cold for the Evening is the Triples. No triples have hit for the Evening Draw since March 21st 2012 when 777 came out so it's a
