Delaware legislation eliminates computerized lottery drawings
Hi all! I am a new member to this foum. As a frequent lottery player of both state and multi-state drawings I was prompted to join this forum as well as the petition to eliminate computerized drawing. I am from from Louisiana, which from the institution of its lottery in 1992 has always used computerized drawings. As many may know Louisiana is somewhat notorious for its political corruption and its spicy politics, hence a state that might instantly come under the radar of suspicion with regards

computerized drawings
It doesn't matter if it computerized, ball machines or of they had a blind man pulls the balls out of an elephants butt. The lottery is set up to make money. people are playing a game of chance and chances are your not going to win once a year let alone 100 times a year. People who do win at the pick 3 and 4 games probably are spending half as much as they win, if not more trying to win again. Grant it Indiana needs to be straightened out. But people are winning in PA and other states almost as

Wisconsin Lottery switches to computers to select winning numbers
Chuck,You're correct about the slot machines. Even the ones that have spinning wheels are actually precisely controlled by computer. The listening to lottery players topic is always an interesting one, because I always wonder what players they're listening to. For example, the state of Pennsylvania recently came up with the much-maligned Match 6 game - based on player input . I personally don't think any normal lottery player could possibly conceive of that mess. I think they heard we wan

What about those bonuses!?!
Quote: Originally posted by Alicerosalyn on August 30, 2004Fellow lottery players,I've seen a couple of news articles about lottery top officials being given huge bonuses. Hmmmmmmmmmm, wonder why? Aren't these games state government run (Georgia being one of those states)? How in the world can they justify bonuses when they've implemented computerized drawings to save money ? How many other state employees (top officials included) get such large bonuses? bonuses period? Are they getting b

VIDEO: We think these are the best lottery drawings
I agree. The drawings need to be transparent and secure, which the example of in the video is. One excuse my state uses for all computerized drawings is doing multiple ball drawings in a day would take too much time so the just do Pick 3, 4, 5, Easy 5, and Lotto by computer now.

Md lottery
Since Md lottery switched to computer draws. I've been doing some research I found the pa lottery has all the pick games ball drawings plus you can get a subscription online. So we shall see how it goes. So if anyone's fed up with computerized drawings I would check out the PA Lottery. You can pick the numbers from the comfort of your home. I'm still looking into it. I wanna see if they do test draws and all that to. I'm just glad by looking into it so far it seems like I have options.

Anti rigged lottery systems " NEW RULES "
Keeping mechanical drawings secure is straightforward, even if laborious. Keeping PRNG drawings secure and transparent takes more creativity, and is more relevant as more and more lotteries throw out their mechanical drawing systems in favor of cheaper computer systems. I had this discussion with someone knowledgeable about tech stuff. They suggested that to conduct computerized drawings transparently, the lottery should have witnesses see the programming running on a large computer monitor. On

Pick 4 System ( Beta Testing )
KingGreg, When you play either $1.00 or $2.00 str8 per draw, are you playing each of the combinations only one time each, or more than once? It is a very interesting. How do you arrive at the Sum of Digits for both the Midday and Evening drawings and each day? I will have to start tracking the daily first and last 2 digits Sums and also total Sum of Digits. Thanks for all your hard work. I am hoping this works in Missouri as well as Ohio, as computerized drawings are not my forte !

Illinois: 10/1 - 10/31/2018
lottery lady duely noted: That being said there are only a handful of us that post here on lottery post for Illinois, and myself being a new contributor for Illinois am trying to help our lottery family in this state. When I was living in North Carolina I was most definitely raking in a lot of cash. Just like you said, Illinois, lottery now computerized drawings makes it more difficult to win because there is almost an hour cut off time before the drawings so they can do as they say test draws,
