What do you feel is the appropriate sentence for folk who steal?
NA GOOD post Recently, Psyko heard the quote: WHAT DOES IT MATTER? ???????????? Crimes are not committed by the hungry people Crimes are committed by the OVER-FED !!!!!!!! Aside from the murders in DC, they have one of the lowest crime rate in the US!! Germany has little crime compared 2 this country because German's respect their their LAW's and enjoy high standard of LIVING$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$! Germany Lottery draw glitch caused announcement of wrong numbers
This is for two of the games from the results link Ronnie posted: Zusatzspiel: 27 Zusatzzahl: 24 ______________________________________ The Zusatzspiel is like a consolation prize for not hitting all six of six, A little extra or extra play . (Speil, Spielen means play). It's not a 5 + 1 game in the sense of PB or MM but 5 + the Zusatzspeil pays more than 5. Recently the Illinois lottery added Extra Shot to their 6/52 game, I wonder if it's some kind of take off

Why not a U.S National Pick3/Pick4 Redeemable for Medical Purposes...
@ ridge... death panel is a type of media brainwash term that causes normal humans to look beyond the obvious... the only death panel you need to worry about is the ones they have in germany...or kamikaze japan... if you went before the death panels they would say... Ridge...your ass drinks too much...you need to cut down your alcohol consumption by 33% ...whereby you would go into a panic and grab some rope... you would say to yourself... How can i withstand the relentless hounding

Why can't the US be like other countries and not tax lottery winners?
Frim what savagegoose has posted I still thihnk Australia has the best idea of all. The tickets are $1.03 AUS, the $.03 prepays the tax, and the playslip even has a NFP option- Not For Publication, i.e., remaining anonymous is an option. (The gov't knows you won, yeah, but your neighbors don't.) As far as I know, the U.S. is the only country that taxes gambling winnings. As for Europe and taxes - I lived in Germany for three years and the average German paid 51% Stoia , taxes. The German g

Win with Magic ( numbers and more)
The women at the Greek restaurant in my neighborhood, wear their wedding rings on their right hand. I rotate my wedding rings to either hand to allow the air to circulate around the fingers. It keeps the skin nice. Plus, I make my own traditions! :) Harve$t Moon ~~~ Your Wedding Ring Left or Right Hand? In some Western countries (UK, other Commonwealth nations, Ireland, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Iran, Chile, Italy, France, Sweden, and Slovenia), the wedding ring is worn o

Awesome System: The Repeat & Middle System for Pick3
pumpi76, You have no need to worry about me publishing a system here that the lotteries would ban. Your ideas of exercising and learning a new language sound like good ones. Another one is to learn all about Solar Power. If you know any roofers, talk to them about adding the installation of solar panels to their resumes, and work out some way to partner with them if you can. This business is going to skyrocket over the next decade, especially if the government starts subsidiz

Why is Europe Euromillions & the world so Behind the USA
Damn!!! If they want to make more people play they will have to increase the jackpot... The only alternative left is to raise the matrix... Europe you need to raise the matrix to 60....I think that's the only way it will increase to 200 million dollars... Europe is starting to remind me of Utah... i don't understand if people are so concern with the lottery been to gamblish they why don't they put caps on the tickets, caps like the maximum a person can spend is 10 dollars...or stu

Winners share $3 billion in Spain's El Gordo lottery
Hi Mario, et al- Here is the reply I recievd directly from Valencia, Spain on the famous El Gordo I don't have anything to send you. The fact is it is in Spanish and they would not be able to understand it anyways. This info comes from Spanish natives. If your friends want to think their leg is being pulled let them. Spain is a very closed and not friendly to foreigner society. Basically they make everything as hard as possible for non-Spaniards all the time. Frankly, I don't like it ve

If Your Child Hit The Lottery, What Would You Do?
Ditto. Not quite the lottery, but I have a cousin whose father (my Uncle) passed away in 1998. He was about 75, she is 45, and when he died, all-of-a-sudden ANOTHER daughter the guy had - one that nobody in the entire family knew even existed - one that (apparently) he had not seen since she was 6 months old - showed up to claim half of his estate. She got it - and promptly disappeared again, nobody has seen or heard from her, but she apparently had proof he was her father. She was bor
