How exactly are lottery scratchers numbered in CA
Thank you for your reply. it would seem really odd to multiply the ticket number, eg. 1,000,000*30 to get 3,000,000 tickets in. That would mean the next one would multiple higher and higher exponentially fast. loke yiu said 35million is way above 18million already. If they are truly printed in random order with gaps that would be odd as you can't gain any edge by random numbers in ordered sets. my thinking is they print these sub books like book oooooo ooo 001 ....

Cycles - Interesting Numbers
Just an update..... Have done another couple of runs on random target games in my 6/45. Results still holding up, getting 6 winning numbers from a pool of between 11 to 16. Currently running a cycle with 4 winning numbers hit from pool of 9 numbers. My method is actually quite simple and logical but counter intuitive at the same time, but in reality it is very complex to find the right methods and approaches. Every approach is initially based on a philosophy of what is happening.

Connecticut woman stole more than $25K in lottery tickets
I find this story intriguring. Perillo denies the thefts. She may have hit the wrong buttons on the register , due to medical issues. {LOL} Now, if her medical issues are eyesight, a neurological condition ...etc..Anything she had written should been hard to read. Which could explain the store Log Sheet. It's possible. Account sheets don't lie. This is the interesting part. Petro Pat's is own private. Gasoline Service Stations with sales under $500,000 a year. Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
So jackpotchasing's post made me want to look up something indirectly related, and in that I found something that I believe people here may find interesting so I wanted to post it. (This is not related to his post though). From an article: Actually, the odds were better than that. Scratch-off prizes are not randomly distributed. Lotteries use a system of pools to create a fairly even distribution of prizes, as described in Indiana and Massachusetts reports. Most lotteries want pri

How will the new tax bill effect lottery winnings?
And? Motives aside, why didn't they do that for their employees earlier? For those who believe the claim that lower corporate taxes will encourage companies to either increase payroll or invest more money in the company, maybe you should think about how taxes, and corporate income and expenses work. Companies get to deduct their operating expenses from their gross income, so money paid as salaries or bonuses, and reinvestment in the company isn't taxable income. Imagine that after all of t

Back Testing Formulas
So many of Us running our own Back Tests . There are probably as many Test Setups out there as There are People Testing. It occurred to Me that there should be a Standard way of Doing a Back Test . By Standard, I don't mean My Setup, I mean The List of Questions that a Test Should Answer. The Obvious First and Only Question Is the System Profitable ? From what I have seen so Far, there is No System That is Profitable over a long stretch of Games in any State. Most of the Systems produce
