Who can this LP member be on Craigslist?
Your a fraud, you have no system with profitable results. It's impossible to beat a Pick 3/4 game long term. With a payout of $500/$5000 and odds of 1,000/10,000. It doesn't take a genius to figure this out. Don't fool yourself and others. There's no such thing as a winning system with profitable results. If you truley have a winnnig system, why sell it?

As a Lottery JP winner: Would you " help" your city out if they were on the verge of bankruptcy?
So now I am the only person in America that is for the ACA?? Look you are some kind of conspiracy nut and you watch too much of fraud news, but as for the wasted tax dollars, how about not hearing a peep out of you on the unjust war on Iraq?? Now stop with the political crap, we are not going to see eye to eye on it, which really doesnt matter because this is a website about the lottery.

Do you sign your tickets?
If fraud is suspect and proven then no, it's not the final word. Lottery doesn't play sides, they follow the protocal of rules in place in the event such events occur.
Maybe we were reading two different articles because the lottery did do an investigation and awarded the money to the woman who found the ticket abandoned in the retailer's trash. It was a judge who went against the lottery's investigation and decision on the matter (why is not clear). Certainly will be interesting to see what

Do we really want all states to be able to claim anonymously
THANK GOD!! Someone who gets it. Why do people feel anonymity is simply to stop people from bugging them. It's about a person's safety. The safety of their family. Why should anyone's paranoia outweigh that. As if presenting someone in front of a camera is really a fraud deterrant.

How To Predict Future Lottery Results
You are no different to me. You play the lottery and you have studied various Lottery Games. Why don't you give us the six numbers that will come out exactly tonight in any game that you like. If you succeed in doing that and post your six numbers here right now and be able to do that consistently, then, I will accept that I am a fraud. If you cannot do that, then, you should not throw stones at people when you live in a glass house.

You are equating yourself with Galileo? lol You have a chance to prove it. List the PB numbers for tonight. If you decline, you are a fraud and spammer.

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
I read an article where they interviewed a former lottery security official from a large state (didn't disclose which state). They were discussing fraud and who knows where actual winning tickets are being sold and when. He mentioned that there are many layers of checks and balances to ensure integrity of its scratchers, and in order to perpetuate fraud (e.g., sending your friends to buy entire rolls of tickets at specific retailers to win top prizes) you need at least 6 people from the gaming c

Of all the states 3D lottery, I think PA is the most honest. Google PA 3 digit fraud that happened several years ago. It is an interesting read, how they caught the people rigging the 3 digit game. After this happened they put in more checks and balances in for an honest drawing.

Lottery jackpot probe heats up after immunity deal
I don't see how the words bogus or scam apply to this, at least as regards to the lottery. It was a legitimate winning ticket. Iowa would have withheld state income tax plus Federal income tax. There may have been fraud as to sharing the proceeds with a spouse or lottery pool but that in no way makes the ticket bogus or the claim a scam, only the distribution of the proceeds.
