Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
I say that jokingly, but also somewhat seriously Krissam. Adam hit two scratchoff jackpots in Coral Springs within a one month span. (2m Holiday Gifts, and King's Ransom) I know jackpots can be won anywhere, and that the largest population density in the state is in SOFL so naturally there should be more jackpots hit in that region. I also know that the statistical likelihood of that happening is extremely improbable, and a person probably has a better chance at getting struck by lightning. Then

The big jackpots have been won- What now?
With those recent jackpots numbers soaring so high, and then starting over- Do you find yourself taking your sweet time to return to buying tickets. Has the smaller amount of millions in the jackpots caused them to lose some of their shine and splendor? Day dreaming a little less? Or do you find youself altering your lottery daydream to fit the current jackpot size? Have you given up on either all together due to the odds?
How long until you find yourself purchasing a Powerball or Mega Millio

Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
If they don't change the matrix, then at least one or more jurisdictions will leave the game. This is a fact; one that has been conveyed to me by higher powers numerous times, so I don't doubt that they are going to make a change. The question is when, and how drastic. I've heard from a non-commission source that the final matrix will actually feature odds worse than what I've posted in this thread. I can't confirm that at this point, but it is possible that they are trading worse jackpot odds f

When you purchase your MM/PB tickets are you not...
Noise will do..
l get what you saying Groppo and as you well know, we can say we rather win 2nd prize , but its not up to us as to how the chips fall. l think l tried explaining to the best of my ability that when we play, we all want to win; Period. However the draw of the lottery is its growth. When jackpots are stagnant, some people may not feel the need to invest a Dollar or more because its been won too often. As it stands, we are told that both jackpots are not getting the attraction of

Why do left-handed Americans rarely win big jackpots?
(Parody thread)
Why do left haned Americans so rarely win jackpots?
Depending whose statistics you read, somewhere between 10 and 13% of the population is left-handed, so where's the jackpots?
And how come it's 10 to 13% of the population that's left-handed, not 50%, it just isn't fair!

Do you see PB jackpots of $300 mil plus a fluke going forward with California joining in soon?
Considering that its been awhile since it got way up there on a consistent basis.
There were only two $300 million jackpots after the ticket price doubled and California will be adding to the total number of ticket sales. The $300 million jackpots should be fewer and far between when the California ticket sales are added. We should see more $100 million jackpots.
Perhaps more States joining in will make huge jackpots a thing of the past or few far between- what is your take on the matte

I'm beginning to think that picking my own numbers is the way to go as opposed to QP's
I don't negate the fact that they do occur, but as you have just proven they are percentage wise rare. You went back to at least 2010 and have 4 examples. I don't count 2 consective numbers as being bunched due to the relativity of odds probability. It is true any set of numbers can win, but the majority of winning combinations to date do not contain bunched numbers. They are randomly distributed and selected via balls. Uncoincidentally the quick picks do not follow the same pattern of randomnes

$2 PB Jackpots Now Rising More Slowly Than $1 PB Jackpots Did.
We have now completed an 11th rollover and have a powerball jackpot at $177M. A relatively recent example of the Powerball $1 jackpot system was between April 27, 2011 and June 01, 2011 where at the same point the jackpot was $200M. (It was won at that point.)
Bigger and better may not be bigger and better all the time.
By playing fewer tickets people are getting less positive feedback with the small wins, I think, and over the long term this may cause enthusiasm for Powerball to decline f

Going after 100m Powerball Jackpot?
You know what the MM jackpot was when the roll that took it to $656 million started? If the $100 million PB gets hit tomorrow there will still be a chance before long at $150 or $200 million. The real decision is what average jackpot you want all of your chances to be for. By playing every drawing you lower the average amount you're trying to win.
With odds of $175 million to 1 it takes an average of 175 million tickets for each jackpot win. That means sales of $350 million, which (coincident
