Please. The cost of living is getting too high to not want a huge jackpot. This isn't the '50s. Unlike your husband, many people would love to retire. My stepfather comes to mind. You can go crazy with 5 million dollars. Shocking, I know.

The best medical care, no more worrying about bills, you can travel the world many times over, own your dream home, pay for your kid's college education, retire early, take of sick family memebers. Those things make you happy. Life will never be perfect, but money makes life better.
