Net Neutrality and the Lottery
Net Neutrality is a Joke. It lets the Government control the Internet. I do not regularly quote good old Rush, but if what I heard last week is True we will all be screwed by the FCC again. You get what you pay for. Net Neutrality will mean you only have 1 Choice. History shows that someone with a lot of money to pay the Whores in Congress can use these rules to squash competition.
Cell phone technology for example was developed in 1945. FCC did not license it until the 1980's because land li

Arizona Lottery pulls second computerized drawing machine over duplicate numbers
I distrust RNGs in lotteries because they have the potential to be hacked in ways that can be invisible. I would prefer all lotteries to use physical devices.
However, the technology itself is sound. If the machine was properly set up and protected, it would produce viable random numbers. Intel chips, for example, use thermal noise to generate a seed. From the RdRand Wikipedia article:
The entropy source for the RDSEED instruction runs asynchronously on a self-timed circuit and uses

Georgia Team Players Post Pic 4"S Here
Man I would be if I played for real.
2144 and 1134 suppose to be on this list.
I applied +1/-1 technology to the 1st nine D/D picks and somehow forgot to include those two.

Kansas lawmakers considering lottery vending machines
Love them in Kentucky
You must love putting money into a machine only to find out the play slip scanner for online games doesn't work. The Keno players would love those machines if they gave change or a voucher, but they don't. I guess the scratch-off players might love them, but I doubt any of them can tell the difference between buying tickets from the machine or from the clerk.
The self serve ticket vending technology had been around for years and it's sad that the KY Lottery is using

Lottery subscriptions
If I can buy a lottery ticket when I visit a state ....legally.
Why then limit mobile sales or online subscription to residents. The technology is there to geolocate where you are at the time of purchase if the requirement is for you to be physically within the state.
I think it might actually increase revenue of it where possible.....I would certainly be visiting the anonymous states far more often

Significant changes regarding Scratch off tickets needed within the Florida Lottery.
I completely agree with your logic regarding SM and 2MJ Dracos and that is why i decided to join the forum and offer my 2 cents. I believe the only wildcard in the equation is the vending machines.....can you buy a book from your local retailers out of a vending machine? If so, that would be really helpful in checking book #'s and restore some faith back into the system. If books happen to sit for long periods of time in the vending machines in low volume sales areas and then are returned and de

Florida store employee arrested for 'micro-scratching' lottery tickets
Bubba is always waiting for a new 'girlfriend' in the cell block.
Let's see, today is 6 JAN 17 and here we are with a stupid, greedy person trying to beat the system.
Time for my IGT to make this not happen, obviously this technology is dated since you only have to microscratch to check for a winner.
