Example: Evening specific, Inspect Results , Florida Sums: Right away, what I notice is sum 24, has hit only 1 time , year to date as of today. So, I would consider sum 24. Least hitting. Sums, 12, 13, and 14 hitting the most, I would consider those sums to deflate, and it should kick out what has not been drawn, of those sums.
