I will still put my $5 to MM ticket once a week or every other week until it gets to an amount that I want to be in every draw. I think when we consider spending $5 as a punishment or being stupid is where we miss the point. A player spending $.50 that they can hardly afford on the lottery to buy a pick 3 ticket has the same financial impact as a player spending $2 on PB or $5 on MM that they can hardly afford. Why go through all the steps listed? Convert draw data into a MIDI file and play it back on a synthesizer. Let's take the pick 3 for example. In the first position, the 10 digits get mapped to a 10 note (decatonic) scale. First position in the combo could be those 10 notes in a lower register, second number in the combo an octave above, third number an octave above that. Combos would form a triad (3 note chord).
