Here's how I would change the CO Lottery.Cash 5: 5/35 Matrix. Rolling jackpot starting at $50,000Lotto: Starting jackpot increased to $2 million annuity.I would add Pick 3 and Pick 4 games, and have Mid-Day drawings at 12:59, and Evening drawings at 10:59.Colorado would also join Hot Lotto and Wild Card 2.Any comments?

I would prefer CA join Powerball since Mega Million members NY and TX require the cash/annuity choice when you play; CA Super Lotto Plus does also. All PB members allow the choice after you win.

Yeah it's equal to a 7 million annuity jackpot. Kind of is bad that the Washington lottery can't get their act together and fix their website. If it keeps up they should outsource it to lotterypost. Now if only they would have the little symbols on the history page instead of letters here.

i like your idea, but i think FL needs to do a few more things.1. Lotto jackpot winners should have 60 days after they claim the prize to choose cash or annuity.2. FL needs a new online game, perhaps something along the lines of keno.3. Fantasy 5 needs a rolling jackpot. If a single winner of that game can get $200,000 before taxes, think of what a single winner could get after a few rollovers.

It's not the annuity it's the amount. I can't quit work for 52k a year. After tax, a mortgage, health insurance and other bills there wouldn't be anything left for savings or for kids, etc. At 1000 a day though then I could get a house in a nice school district and have savings.
