Kind of weird, lottery machine
Perhaps it belongs to the buyer before you, who didn't get his ticket.
And perhaps the next buyer on the machine will get your pick 3 ticket.

Powerball 2/7/14
Ok I will answer for me. No I would not spend $6336 on the chance to win 10K$. I buy one ticket (sometimes 2) even though I participate in Maddog's PB challenge.
Can you imagine the amount of time you would be tying up the machine to purchase 3168 tickets? just for fun - one line per ticket. I think the cashier would really dislike that person LONG before they were done ringing up the sale. :)

$30 ticket here in IL. no longer being sold but lots of prizes left
I know the ticket is no longer being distributed but places that have it in stock are still selling the ticket, I saw it in the machine at a retailer that doesn't get much action. From what I was told by another local retailer is that they are suppose to pull the ticket and send back to the lottery. I don't know why this hasn't happened at this other place. Wonder if there are any large winners out and about and if it's worth playing if i can find the ticket around town? My gut says No, stay awa

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
I did a little light grocery shopping tonight at Winn-Dixie and decided to grab 2 $10 tickets over the counter since I didn't have cash on me for the machine, just my my debit card. I noticed there were 2 $10 Jackpot tickets left on a roll so I had my eyes on those until the old man ahead of me bought both of them. So instead I bought 2 $10 50X Times The Cash tickets because they were only $10 tickets they had left at the time. My first ticket #14 lost, but the second ticket came through with a

"Peeking" is scanning unsold cards to determine winners
Clerks on any individual lottery terminal cannot scan more than one non winning ticket in any 24 hour period or the machine will go into a protective mode requiring them to scratch off the void covering to cash any ticket. Prizes over $15 already require the clerk to scratch off the void and enter a code to cash.
I agree that Mass should adopt the GTECH technology and as i stated, the lottery is indeed looking to upgrade but I am not sure of when it will happen. Mass still has the highest % o

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
Played a few $20 Black Series yesterday. The third one hit for $40. Decided to play Cash Spectacular with the winnings. The first one was a free ticket. This store has free books (not in a case or machine) so I told her to give me the one on the other side which was ticket #009.
Very happy to see one of these again! It has been a long drought.

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
I have been aching to get some tickets this week. I bought three $7500 A Week For Life numbers 001-003 from the machine. Since they come out from high to low, I left 000 in there. Starting to feel some kind of way. Well, I spent $60 and won $30 on ticket 001. I am wondering if 000 is a dud or maybe ticket. I wouldn't want to walk all the way back for to spend money and win the same amount back. However, ticket number 003 had the same winning number I had for the $30 win. The prize......$250,000!

The winning ticket was sold out of a vending machine located at Valentines Nine 238 W Main Street Gouverneur NY 13642 last week. Lotto has not made the official announcement but will be in the coming weeks but I have checked it all out and it is true. so there is only 1 wining ticket left in the longest playing single released game.

Wisconsin man's two winning lotto tickets said to be "misprints"
Well they can't pay because for one all winning claim must pass validation. The lottery doesn't have money for this kind of claims if they do then the lottery won't exist anymore and anybody can come up with a one billion dollar misprint and say hey you paid the last guy so pay me. if they pay it will open a pandora's box so it is sad but didn't the owner of this scratch of ticket scan his ticket at store after he thought he won. The machine would have told him you still a Biggest Loser Bro you

Cash 4Life
Yup that a what the ticket from yesterday said. Here's the update: I went to the same store and today decided to play $4 of my own numbers just in case there was an issue with getting a free game with the quick picks. I got my $4 play and no free qp. I asked the clerk what happened to the free qp, he said it only comes out with qp numbers . I pointed to the bottom of the ticket and told him that's not what it says and yesterday I played qps and got no free ticket. As I started to leave he says w
