If the amount of sales I read is correct, 279,269,971 tickets were sold for 11/05 drawing and with a 95% chance, someone should have won. I believe the record ticket sales was set on Jan 13, 2016 when 635,103,137 tickets were sold and three divided the $1.58 billion advertised jackpot. Based on that statistic, it looks like sales were over twice as much six years ago with almost an equal size jackpot. An honest Attorney would have one fee and done policy, but not this shizer. One more thing... The Massachusetts Lottery has a long track record and reputation for going after very frequent lottery winners. Most of that is people who buy other peoples winning tickets and cash them in but there have been other scammer's they've successfully prosecuted.
