RJOh, In the daily pick 3 and pick 4 games states usually set a payout dollar amount limit. From what i've read in the past Illinois I think is $3million on the pick 3 not sure on the pick 4.

RJOH IMHO, I would settle for having a 1% chance if I knew that 1% would result in a win. Winning PB once a year is, to me, an attainable goal. So what if I lose 99% of the time? If you do it right, once is enough.
