Trying to crack the lottery..
RJOh
The house % doesn't mean only the jackpot payoff, the house % takes into consideration the chance of winning anything at all.

Protecting your numbers
Quote: Originally posted by RJOh on June 12, 2006I try to pick numbers that will win a jackpot, I'll deal with sharing the jackpot if and when I ever win if that's a problem. Sharing a MegaMillions or PowerBall jackpot with another winner wouldn't be a problem for me, it beats being one of thousands of losers.
and if i did win with other winners , i highly doubt the other winners were also on this site looking at my numbers, the chances of that alone is the same as winning the jackpot

Lawsuit over $315 million lottery jackpot goes to trial
RjOH
Does this mean that until the court case is resolved that NO ONE gets ANY of THAT money? So you mean that ever since late last year, NO ONE got ANY money WHATSOEVER? IS that how it is for these lawsuits? Or can the winners get the money anyway while the trial is pending?

what does a prediction formula look like?
RJOh,
The quantity of numbers varied inversely with the length of the string, (8 day-strings produced more combos than 10 day-strings) and was still all over the map. One thing I did was to try a string of x days in a group of y days (say 10 days in a string of 99 and other variations) I wound up with one of those systems that produce 1000's of combinations and would show a 5/5 match (on average) about once every 2/3 weeks, depending on x y. Profitable but (of course) impractical.

Betting
Some time back I used the other ticket buying service to play PowerBall, I didn't win anything so I didn't expect anything. I couldn't have expected more if I had traveled out of state and bought the tickets myself.

WOW ! winning jackpot system at last!
Hi RjoH Thanks for that. Most interesting. I will look back to see if I can find the post re your system. The main thing I am looking for now, is the most efficient wheeling system available. That is wheels with the max amount of numbers, best guarrantee, in the smallest number of games.(Obviously many others are looking for this too LOL ) The most efficient ones I have found are contained in a book called combinatorial Lottery systems . Be interesting to know if anyone has a place fo
