Are all the balls present during the game?
Does veeryone believe that during every lottery game every single ball is present. What are the ways to insure there is not fraud? Showing game on TV is not aproof , rather opposite, because vedoe can show you anything in a world you want to see as true.

So, this indefinate game was a SCAM by the State of New York. Getting people to buy worthless tickets. And you say other states do this too. Most people would go to jail for lottery fraud. But the STATE is not a person. I will never buy a scratch off ticket.

Don't do it !, He gets the lions share and you get the taxes, no brainer. If he gives you a hard time, let him have someone else cash the tickets, then you report the fraud and ta da, the IRS WILL GIVE YOU THE TAXES HE OWES AS A REWARD.

Wish PA still had them. Hate having to scan everything to double check. They went from 349(5)282(0)3430 for a $50 win to FTY somewhere in the play area to nothing now. I understand to save on fraud, but I know alot of players through away good winners and PA never had to pay. I know the self scan is to get you back in the store in hopes you buy more also. Good marketing ploy PA.lol

I think that the winners name shouldn't be released to the public but if someone wanted to find out who won the lotto, there should be some sort of way of doing it but should involve going through some sort of system of checks and balances. And it should never be made public unless it was won by fraud. A totally anonymous lottery sounds great on paper, but it also opens itself up to a massive amount of rumors on who actually won.

If I get my money's worth I won't complain but that will never happen. I've seen so much fraud, abuse, and waste when I was in the US military. They burn off the tax money.

I just heard that the F.B.I. is going to shut down diiferent part of the Internet They mention something about Fraud and Viruses. 456* 0 or 1 for P. 4 I remember that one. Some people in my Dreams Group gave me these for Computer 856 465 260 230 546 819 477/474 062 705 2901 8192 I do have a lot of virus just now on the early News.. I'd be careful. Had another lousy day - first Spades ticket from Wawa won $2 and then the other 9 lost! I have never been so unlucky so it has to be the lousy fraud tickets. The more you spend, the more you likely give it back.
