You know what guys... Now it's time to point out the most frustrating problem with California Lottery. The jackpot increase rate of Super Lotto Plus is the biggest problem. It's painfully slow. Although there is Mega Millions, there is absolutely no guarantee that there will be jackpot winners from California every time. Well, I have no problem with Mega Millions being played in Cali itself, but it's eating away the jackpot increase rate of Super Lotto Plus.
