Cash or annuity ?
Speaking from experience, I would underestimate and I would be surprised :) Actually it may be a good poll, something along the lines do the people you know or work with who only play in office pools understand how the jackpots work :)later, plnwebguy

Cash or annuity ?
they probably do look at that number, but i wouldn't underestimate their knowledge of how lottery jackpots work. i wouldn't be surprised if they were aware that that is the annuity value, and that there is a cash option offered.

Powerball may draw new kind of Tennessee lottery player
SD has its own game. hell, RI, CT, and DE have multiple in-state games. the reason why a state needs its own in-state game is to show its players that players from that state DO win jackpots.

MM sets a new record
I am surprised that this record has been set. Three MM states, all of them key population centers for MM, New Jersey, Texas, and New York, had higher local jackpots.Nonetheless it is true.

Whats optimal strategy in lottery invest
Quote: Originally posted by BobP on April 09, 2004Concentrate on winning a Pick-5 jackpot so you can play Pick-6 right.
