Ohio considering Match 6 clone
before picking any numbers, the cash option was the first box I inked in on the stupid 6 bet slip... I used to consider the annuity on the big PB jackpots, but now I would rather have the lump sum... take the money and run (like that old Steve Miller song)

Ohio have 2 of top 5 lottery jackpots
Ohio no longer have two jackpots among the top five due to the state lotteries of Texas and New York, but they are still among the top seven. Tonight's jackpot is $22M, not bad for a 649 game, so I got to try again before it goes back to $4M.Good luck Ohioplayers.RJOh

PB and HL picks for 4/3/04
Hypersoniq,Thanks - I've been buying KS Cash Lotto tickets lately instead of Powerball - I figure fewer people are playing it and it's up to $2 million. It takes awhile to get up to the large jackpots, but you get two plays for a $1, so wheeling 10 numbers is half the cost as wheeling 10 powerball numbers.plnwebguy

($4)... Too bad PA didn't pick up on Hot Lotto... would have been better than the Match 6 that nobody seems to be interested in playing... (went from 500k to 1.5million in 7 rolls, pathetic for how PA jackpots have rolled in the past)

Ohio Super Lotto 6/49 04/03/2004
No big winners tonight, so Wednesday's jackpot will be $22M and with MegaMillions' $90M jackpot, Ohio will have two of the top 6 jackpots amounts in the country. SuperLottoPlus seldom gets this high since Ohio went to 649Plus format, might be time to play more lines.RJOh

Are Lotteries Rigged
also, it's very easy to rig the powerball drawing. rigging the powerball drawing would explain the rollovers and the huge jackpots. same goes for mega millions, except it would be much easier to fix a powerball drawing. just put add weight in the balls that you want to win. they will sink to the bottom of the machine quicker, and get lifted up faster. i wouldn't be surprised if some lotteries admit that they fixed a few drawings in the near future.

Three lines have two winning numbers each. If this is the case, what wheel can we create that will treat these lines as positional wheeling place holders in these proportions without costing a fortune to cover. I can wheel the eight lines of six numbers as groups allowing 0-2 numbers from each, bu

Nebraska Senators to allocate lottery winnings
It should be illegal to steal unclaimed winnings away from lottery players. It should always be given back either as increased jackpots or promotions.
