Ohio Lottery planning end for Super Lotto game
Minnesota Lottery has a bingo style lottery game with a 5x5 card. To win the top prize the call numbers has to cover all 25 numbers on your card. For lower prizes, the call numbers have to cover certain patterns on your card. I assume the 25 call numbers are picked from a larger group of numbers. There is no strategy, you just buy a bunch of cards and hope for the best. If Ohio's new game is a similar game, players who like to play family birthdays, wheel their numbers, play hot and overdue

Ohio Lottery planning end for Super Lotto game
Ohio has constantly improved their SuperLotto game by making it worst. First is was two plays per dollar, starting jackpots of $4M, minimum rolls of $4M and 3of6 paid $3. Then they added some numbers and changed it to $1 per play. Then they limited the amount one ticket could win to $20M when they had bigger jackpots advertised. People started to play less so they added the bonus ball, got rid of the limit that one ticket could win, offered a free QP for a 3of6 win and got rid of minimum $4M

Maddogs Mega Million Challenge 8/16
Chief,On my working list that had 35 wb and 10 mb in 10 lines, I had the 03 which hit for 0+1. For mb, the rule was had hit at least 6 times in previous drawings but not in the last 11 drawings (that rule has covered 70% of the mb for the last month). There were 21 mb numbers that fit that parameter but the others had hit more than 5 times with numbers in my combinations. I look at the most popular repeat rates for mb as well as the number of hits and the number of draws since last hit.RJOh

New Lottery idea
RJoh, Makes sense to me to listen to the customer. However, what I am suggesting is merely one game. I don't think all games should be like this one but what if one MegaMillions or PowerBall was like this one. In my opinion it would be a huge success. I would pay it and I would be happy to know I wouldn't have to wait a year to find the winner and if the winner is sleeping then we all benefit. You snooze, you lose, this includes me. It would be a fast paced game, very exciting. So, this game

DOS Lottery Progam - Lotto Pro Plus
About a year to 2 years ago at a used books library sale I bought an old and used Dos version of Expert Lotto or Expert Lottery, whatever the name was, it needed you to configure some Dos file(s) to use it, so I not understanding how to do it, I trew the floppy disk away, I looked on the internet for a Windows version of it and there had been one for Win95, but the Expert software had gone out of business, it was bought by a bigger software company and they were no longer selling the lottery pro

DOS Lottery Progam - Lotto Pro Plus
I'm still using some of my old DOS programs that I bought for my Tandy 1000 on my HP 710 with WindowsXP and the only different is that they work faster. The lottery program that I use the most I started writing on the Tandy in Basic and I still use GWBasic to make changes to it as lotteries change. My Tandy had a 3¼ disk drive as well as a 5 one so all my programs could be used on later computers. It seems the next generation of computers may not have any disk drives but all the old

How Often Do You Modify Your System?
My system is based on rules that I developed by observing the behavior of numbers in general for a particular lottery. I pick my combinations using the most frequent behaviors that I have observed. For example I thought that combinations of threes seldom repeated within 25 drawings and I used that as a rule to pick combinations but after missing a few match3's in the Ohio649 game using that rule, I rechecked the data and decided it happened enough to discard it for that game. In a random envi

Maddogs Mega Million Challenge 8/12
RJOH:At last!!!!! I will agree in advance that this post might be viewed by some as 'off topic', but here goes........For this drawing of M.M I again had all of your posted numbers in my initial pool of 39 numbers. From this pool I made 'categorical' selections for 10 lines. On two (2) tickets I hit number 38 and MB 21.Some time after I had finished completing the game cards an obscure category which I had ignored all these months struck me as worth a chance. So, I decided to splurge this on

It's Only Luck
If you're paying $20+ for a lottery wheel then you're paying too much. CoverMaster is a free program that will make almost any wheel you could want. There may be some better wheels you can buy with a line less, but at $20+ a piece you do the math.I don't think any commercial system ever tries to predict the next numbers to come up because they all suggest you play more numbers than will be drawn and the more the better if you can afford it. Every body using the same software or system for the

Georgia Fantasy 5 changing again
John,When I first read you post about the amount of the lower prizes I checked Ohio Rolling Cash5 payouts which is also a 5/39 game. Ohio Rolling Cash5's jackpot starts at $100K and rolls from there until it's won and the lower prizes have fixed amounts of $1, $10 and $100 which means the majority of the prize money goes to the jackpot while Georgia divide the prize money equally for each prize level which explains the different payout amounts. It's kinda like California dividing up its MegaMi
