Is it possible to make a profit (Pick 3)
RJOH that's true also.We have some of those urban legends around my way people that put 50 dollars or more straight on a pick 3 or 4 number and hit. then they continue to do it throughout the months and win lots of times. They drive around and buy pick 3 tickets in several places to a avoid detection or draw attention. these guy have of course drawn attention to themselves by buying all their tickets in the same place on many occasions. I wish i could meet one of them and pry their strategy out

This is the test file for tonight's OHIO649P drawing with the actual numbers that would be played. I would like for the states to offer a flexible annuity plan with several choices. Maybe offer all cash or annuities with 10, 15 or 20 years payout and an option of taking 50% both ways. When it comes to a $25M+ annuity, I would feel more comfortable with the State because it's backed by the tax payers. Recently Ohio lost more than $250M of the state worker retirement funds by allowing political friends to handle the money, but the workers will still get their money even if the state has to

MegaMillions pool strategies.
Now that the MegaMillions jackpot is $145M, lottery pools are being started. Most pool just have an agreement to collect some money and buy a bunch of QPs and share the winnings, but having enough money to buy extra tickets should give some players a chance to try some different strategies to guarantee at least a small win. For example a pool of $50 could include the most popular or all of the megaballs to guarantee a win of $2. Knowing that half of the winning numbers have 3 numbers from the

Maddogs Powerball Challenge 7/16
Now that I have scored 0+0 twice in this challenge that means I have successfully eliminated 18 numbers twice from the pool of 53 numbers without eliminating one of the winning numbers. If I can figure out how I did it, I might be able to apply the logic in my MegaMillions numbers selections and improve my odds of winning. The MegaMillions game is played in Ohio so I usually play it every week and to play PowerBall I have to travel to Indiana for ticket so I only play it when it's $100M+. Win

Did anyone notice the awesome 3rd tier Calif Mega Millions prize?
I checked both the websites of California and New York and both states contribute 32% of their MegaMillions tickets sales to the jackpot and use 18% of those sales to pay the other prizes. I assume the same is true for all MegaMillions states although they don't post it on their websites. Since California decided to go pari-mutuel after each game, winners won't know what they've won until after the money is counted and divided by a formula that depends on the number of winners in the state and

Maddogs Mega Million Challenge 7/5
Urug,I checked all 328 drawings and found 15 drawings usually covered a pool of numbers that contained all 5 winning numbers 35% of time and 16 drawings covered them 36%, since the numbers covered by 15 drawings this time were the same as 14 drawings which usually covered the 5 numbers 34% of the time, I added the sixteenth drawings which covered 41 numbers.DR=#5 hits 5=2 6=4 7=5 8=6 9=1410=1011=912=913=1314=1515=1916=15Instead of reducing the numbers to a smaller pool, I allowed the numbers to

Anyone know a Counting Formula or System?
I could see some use for that feature, for example in the last PowerBall drawing 07//02/05 the winning numbers were 09 10 29 39 52 +20. the 09 hit 3 previous draws, 10 hit 4 previous draws, 39 hit 5 previous draws, 29 hit 11 previous draws and 52 hit 14 previous draws which means all 5 winning numbers were included in the previous 14 drawings. Checking the whole file reveals that happened about 25% of the time and the number pool was 33-44 numbers. Knowing that one could just cover the most li
