Question about online lotteries
Can only speak for the Kentucky's online lottery. Mostly play 4 minute Keno, but have played some of the daily games. Probably the most asked question is about collecting winnings. With any winnings over $600, they'll send a check or players can collect at the lottery headquarters the next day.
It's easy depositing funds into a player account using the same methods for most online purchases. Only winnings can be withdrawn so I wouldn't suggest anyone depositing too much money at one time. P

Lottery is not random it's predetermined
The weather is not going to alter the 1 in 10 chance of a particular ball being grabbed by the machine as a winning number. That one is not it could be figured out , it's just plain not possible.
As far as the mechanics of balls slamming into each other, there's no question that after a long enough period of time, the drawings will be very predictable, because the balls will get so out of shape, only the three most round balls will get picked while the others lay at the bottom of the machine

New Millionaire for Life multi-state game coming in 2026
With odds of 22 million to 1 people will actually win this game.
This, so far, appears to be a way better deal for 5 bucks than the idiotic new Mega Millions.
5 bucks for a game that people actually win should get sales going but let's just see how many draws per week they do. If it's 7 then that might be where they run into a problem on this one. Two or three draws per week might be better so players don't feel like they are getting milked.
I'm looking forward to the details because

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
Congratulations to you!
My luck has not been nearly so good. I said in a previous message that even before I started my saving for the Big One routine that I had been on a *long* no win streak. Sadly, the streak is now continuing.
Since PB passed the 200 Mil cash value mark about 6 draws ago I have been buying 3 tickets per draw just to be in the game as well as saving $6 per draw for the Big One . I have only hit 1 number 4 times out of 18 tickets purchased, mixed between some quick pi

Kentucky specific draw games, like Pick 3, Pick 4, Kentucky Cash Ball, Keno, Cash Pop and Kentucky 5, are drawn using a digital drawing system utilizing a random number generator (RNG), instead of using balls and machines. Using the RNG accomplishes the drawings quickly and more efficiently while maintaining the highest level of security.
The digital drawing system is not connected to any external system and contains no ability to connect

Learning disability and the lottery
Do You play ALC drawings online or just at a lottery retailer in person ?
Forget Atlantic49 or 6/49 for now. Those odds are astronomical
Maybe try Keno with 3 or 4 number plays to start.
3 numbers pays $25/4 numbers will pay $75.(Here in Ontario 4# pays $100)
Those have the best odds of hitting. If you do get a hit,
then re-invest into more of the same plays until you build up a bit of winnings to try 5 or 6 number plays.
That's where I would start.
Good luck in

classic questions on lottery forums
Playing lotteries is about maximizing your probabilities not getting guarantees.
Studying past draws is a waste of time. Each drawing is an independent random event. The only way to increase the probability of winning is to buy more tickets.
That being said, if you buy an enormous number of tickets, you can increase the probability of winning a lower prize by ensuring your picks are spread out over the matrix. The downside is that if you do win a lower prize, it's less likely you'll win
